How is it possibly the end of 2017? It seems like this year has flashed by. What a year it has been!
GP is now 8½ months. She has recently developed a regal wave that she will happily bestow on anyone she comes across. She is such a smiley little sweetie. JP recently turned 3 and was very pleased to be a shepherd in his nursery’s nativity. My heart was bursting with pride as we watched him deliver his line.
Type 1 Kitchen has been growing and developing over the past year. The traffic the site receives doubled over 2017. Thank you to each and everyone of you who has visited this site; enjoyed a recipe; told someone about Type 1 Kitchen; or commented and reviewed a post. Every time you do one of those things you make my heart sing! You are the people who keep me going when all I want to do is curl up in front of some boring TV rather than writing another post; editing photos or trialling future recipes. Without you I might as well just spend a large amount of time in a room talking to myself. A big thank you for every interaction you have with Type 1 Kitchen.
